What does a typical yacht rental include?
Every charter comes with a skilled crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. The specifics may differ according to the type of service — for instance, romantic cruises offer deluxe beverages and light snacks, whereas business charters provide meeting facilities and specialized corporate catering.
When is the best time to make a reservation?
To secure a booking, it's best to do so 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during high-demand periods from May to September. For business gatherings and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks prior allows for better availability and customization opportunities.
What is the protocol if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the event of adverse weather conditions as judged by our captain, we will propose an alternative charter date or provide a complete refund. Weather forecasts are monitored diligently, and we will alert you 24 hours in advance if the forecast seems uncertain.
Am I allowed to bring my own provisions and drinks?
Guests are permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. In addition, we provide exceptional catering options and can tailor the menu to suit your dietary preferences. Note that for safety reasons, glass receptacles are prohibited on the yacht.
Do you have yachts that can accommodate individuals with accessibility needs?
We aim to cater to all clients. Certain yachts in our fleet are more accessibility-friendly. We kindly request that you reach out to us with your specific needs during your reservation, so we can suggest an appropriate vessel and make any required arrangements.
Could you explain your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made over 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Those cancelled between 24–72 hours in advance are subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure will not be refunded unless due to hazardous weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
