At UniversalResourcePlaza, we offer upscale yacht charter services, which include:

- Corporate retreats
- Private events
- Multi-day charters
Services are provided subject to availability and contingent on climatic conditions. We maintain the right to adjust or discontinue offerings at any juncture.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
Criteria for charter reservation are as follows:
- Be no less than 18 years old
- Submit precise and comprehensive details
- Make payment for the specified advance amount in your reservation confirmation
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation occurs following the receipt of your payment and our subsequent confirmation in writing. We reserve the prerogative to decline service to anyone at our discretion.
3.3 Availability
We commit to reasonable efforts in accommodating your preferred scheduling, but all charters are contingent upon yacht availability and suitable weather conditions.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All service pricing is expressed in € and encompasses all relevant taxes unless declared otherwise. Note that prices may change without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter, due at the time of reservation
- Balance: To be settled 48 hours prior to charter commencement
- Subsequent charges (as applicable): To be paid following charter completion
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept principal credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified checks. Our payment procedures use secure, encrypted platforms.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement, less any processing fees
- 24-72 hours in advance of departure: 50% refund of payment
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund provision
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In the case that our captain deems weather conditions hazardous, options provided will include:
- Rescheduling to a subsequent acceptable date at no extra charge
- Issuance of a full refund when rescheduling proves untenable
5.3 Mechanical Issues
If mechanical difficulties occur with the designated vessel, we will endeavor to supply an appropriate replacement. Absent a suitable substitute, we will issue a complete refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All cruise participants are required to:
- Adhere strictly to instructions from the crew
- Use any provided safety gear as directed
- Inform us of any medical concerns impacting safety
- Stay within designated areas onboard the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
Prohibition applies to the following items on board:
- Glass items
- Unlawful substances
- Firearms or other weapons
- Pets (except with prior approval)
6.3 Conduct
Guest deportment should always be respectful. We reserve the authority to end a charter prematurely, without reimbursement, should the conduct of the passengers undermine safety or impede the experience for others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the charter payment amount. We are not accountable for:
- Injuries incurred by passenger imprudence
- Personal property loss or damage
- Indirect, resultant, or punitive losses
- Delays due to meteorological conditions or events beyond our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Comprehensive marine insurance is maintained, covering our vessels and company operations. It remains the responsibility of passengers to secure their own travel and personal insurance coverage.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Engaging in our charter services signifies acknowledgment of inherent marine activity risks and personal accountability for safety and wellbeing.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We maintain the ability to alter itineraries, routes, or schedules in the interest of safety, climatic conditions, or operational demands. We strive to ensure alternative experiences are comparable.
9. Force Majeure
Should events outside our authority dictate, we bear no liability for service postponement, cancellation, or modification, including but not confined to:
- Severe meteorological disturbances
- Natural catastrophes
- Government decrees
- Harbor closures
- Equipment malfunctions
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is managed consistent with our Privacy Policy. Service utilization conveys your approval of the data collection and usage as encompassed in this Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
